(APMFI) is a Public Limited Company incorporated in the Kingdom of Cambodia. It is registered with the Ministry of Commerce under registration number 00009429.
dated March 21, 2011, and holds a permanent license from the National Bank of Cambodia (the Central Bank of Cambodia) to operate as a microfinance institution, effective from August 18, 2011.

1- Ownership: APMFI is 100% owned by its Japanese parent company, Business Partner Co., Ltd.
>2- Capital Increase: To meet the growing demand for small financial services in Cambodia, APMFI increased its capital from $8,501,800 to $10,001,800 USD. This capital increase was approved by the National Bank of Cambodia under approval letter no. B7-016-567 dated July 25, 2016
