Cambodia Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia was established under the Law on Chamber of Commerce promulgated in 1995, along with its relevant amendments and regulations. The Phnom Penh Chamber of Commerce was formed as a result, acting as a voluntary, membership-based, not-for-profit institution dedicated to representing the interests of the private sector in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, service, and agriculture.
The Chamber’s primary goal is to support the economic well-being of Cambodia by advocating for the needs and concerns of businesses of all sizes, from large corporations to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). By serving as a collective voice for businesses across the nation, the Chamber of Commerce strives to influence government policies and contribute to creating a more business-friendly environment. This collaboration helps enhance the efficiency of government actions and ensures that the private sector’s interests are effectively represented in decision-making processes.
