Malis Restaurant, opened in 2004 by renowned Cambodian celebrity chef Luu Meng, is a celebrated dining destination that showcases the rich flavors of traditional Cambodian cuisine. Chef Luu Meng’s mission with Malis is to restore Khmer culinary heritage, which was deeply impacted during the Khmer Rouge era in the 1970s, when many traditional recipes and local culinary experts were lost.
